Due to the success of the last Art of Mindful Living event, I have decided to hold it again! This time in Mandurah.

The practice of mindfulness is ancient, but only recently has been widely publicised, supported and embraced due to its many benefits. For that reason I’d like to bring to you The Art of Mindful Living.

In this workshop you will learn about the importance of turning down the volume of your inner chatter, simple ways to refocus your attention, and how to bring mindfulness to your everyday life so you can enjoy more inner peace, balance and wellbeing.

Your mind is a powerful tool that exists to be at your service. In order to become a master of your mind, you need to nurture a new way of being where living mindfully is at its core.

This workshop offers you the opportunity to learn about mindfulness, its benefits, and most importantly, shows you easy ways to practice it anywhere and anytime.

In the art of mindful living you will learn about:

1- Learn what mindfulness is.

2- Become aware of the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual benefits of living mindfully

3- Look into what prevents you from living with more presence right now

4- Practise simple exercises to experience being present

5- Discover over 10 practical and easy ways on how you can bring more mindfulness to your life

6- Create inspired action steps to support you in embracing this new state of being

7- Finish with a beautiful meditation specifically designed for this event


Living mindfully is a rewarding process of discovery that will enhance your happiness and wellbeing.
