I believe women are powerful, intelligent and resourceful. Women are excellent multitaskers. We are always thinking one step ahead. We are compassionate and understanding. We build bridges; we are supporters and cheerleaders. We are nurturing, caring and loving.

I observe these innate qualities in the women in my life and in the women I meet through my work as a coach.

And yet, too often, women don’t see their worth. They struggle with self-esteem, self-value and self-belief.

I read a study not long ago that said that despite the incredible growth and impact that women have accomplished in the last decades, statistics show that we are still battling with low confidence, visibility and value. It is called the Power Paradox. On one hand, women are showing their genius and expressing it at all levels, and yet, on the other hand, they are not fully accepting that power and worth.

This self-doubt —this feeling of “not good enoughness”— is fed by the voice of our inner critic that highlights flaws, shortcomings, failures, and points out to what we don’t have, haven’t done or are not good at. This mind-game feeds the belief that we must have it “all together” before we can feel worthy, valuable, and seen; that we have to prove ourselves before we can speak out and claim our voice.

And we do this unconsciously.

We hide our greatness behind old rooted beliefs that prevent us from seeing that we are enough already. Always have been; always will be.

Everyone deals with self-doubt, fear of failure or not being good enough many times in their lives –even those who look successful and confident. However, those who overcome their fears and unsupportive beliefs refuse to give in to their inner critic, work at taking charge of their mindset and focus on their value, gifts and uniqueness.

My desire is for you to see your greatness —your light— and share it with the world. You have an incredible and unique light that is needed; don’t dim it.

When you nurture self-belief, you develop a more positive outlook on life, choose to focus on your strengths instead of your weaknesses and learn to rely on your own opinion of yourself.

To become the woman that you know in your heart you are, you need to acknowledge and believe in her and start acting like you are that woman already.

Claim your greatness!

I invite you to take some time to think about all the great qualities and strengths you possess, of all the experiences and achievements in your life that have made you who you are today. What are your victories? What are you proud of? What makes you unique? What do you bring to the world?  Write a list. Don’t be shy. There is greatness in all of us.

Read your list every day.

How would you feel if you connected and accessed your greatness every day?

How would your outlook change?

How would you go through your day knowing that you have greatness in you?

What would you be inspired and motivated to do?

How differently would you interact with others?

Think about that.

There is one way to find out. Write your list and read it every day.

Here are some words to get you started:

Strong. Brave. Loving. Friendly. Worthy. Creative. Caring. Persistent. Trustworthy. Compassionate. Honest. Nurturing. Open-minded. Respectful. Brilliant. Fun. Adventurous. Decisive. Fast learner. Positive. Giving.

Within you is the power to flourish in every way you desire.

I am here to support and guide you if you’d like to embrace that power.

If you are ready to let go of old, non-serving beliefs that prevent you from being your true self, I am opening a few spots for my Complimentary Discovery Session.
